This high-level, binational conference brought together 300+ policymakers, executives, and industry leaders, and required an eight-month planning timeline. I joined the project for the final two months, when precision and coordination mattered most.

I was responsible for on-site space measurements, verifying that all installations and décor elements fit the venue’s flow and safety standards. I also coordinated directly with catering and 10+ specialty vendors, including the team behind the large-scale butterfly installations that became the event’s visual centerpiece.

Supporting an event of this scale taught me how to manage complex logistics under pressure, maintain constant communication across teams, and execute with a high level of detail from concept to day-of production.
